  • Working hours: 9.00 am - 5.45pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Growth Strategy
  • Analyze macro trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and prioritize emerging growth opportunities through segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
  • Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
2. Project Leadership & Commercialization
  • Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion, new product launches, or innovative business models.
  • Drive projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring alignment, execution, and commercial readiness.
3. Strategic Marketing Capability Building
  • Train and mentor teams on strategic marketing frameworks such as: Market sizing and segmentation, Financial modeling (e.g., NPV, IRR, break-even), Value chain and VOC analysis, Value proposition and pricing strategy, 4P marketing strategy
    Develop tools and templates to scale best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree/qualification.
  • 3+ years' experience in strategic marketing or strategy position with prior customer facing position will be a plus.
  • Experience in B2B material science company is an advantage.
    Travel internationally for work will be expected.
