Marketing Performance Specialist
A strategic Marketing role that involves planning, executing and optimizing paid media buys across various channels to drive performance. This includes managing media budgets, monitoring campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and extracting insights for continuous optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, along with minimum 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Data Analytics roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for data; experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing and retargeting partners.
  • Manage media budgets across key markets, making strategic allocation decisions to drive performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs and extract insights for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns, propose creative ad ideas and drive key marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external partners and stay up to date on industry trends to keep ahead in performance marketing.
