Job Title: Strategic Marketing Specialist

The Role:
A highly skilled marketing professional is sought after to join our organisation as a Strategic Marketing Specialist. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing marketing plans, campaigns, and branding strategies to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and plan marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
4. Provide expert advice on digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing, to ensure maximum return on investment.
5. Evaluate brand perception and develop strategies to strengthen positioning in the market, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
6. Analyse website design, user experience, and conversion optimisation, making recommendations for improvement to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
