Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build new client relationships across industry sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including M&A advisory, capital raising, and other relevant transactions.
  • Prepare compelling client presentations and proposals.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling processes.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, capital structures, and M&A strategies.
  • Extensive experience in originating and executing complex transactions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
