Job Title: Director of Employee Engagement

The Talent and Culture Executive is responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • This role plays a pivotal part in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talents with competitive remuneration packages.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Director of Talent & Culture by providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting employee growth and career advancement.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
Operational Requirements:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing courteous, professional, and flexible support at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely processing of candidate documentation and maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement a systematic process for internal and external hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Promote internal development opportunities and promotions, fostering a culture of employee mobility and career progression.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this expertise to inform recruitment and selection decisions.
