BIM Modeller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to join our team. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating detailed design documents and drawings using BIM modelling software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality drawings and design documents using BIM modelling software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
  • Plan and deliver drawings on time, ensuring accuracy and correctness.
  • Draft plans and detailed drawings for M&E installations and construction projects.
  • Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages as required.
  • Review and verify engineering data received from engineers to confirm design concepts.
  • Explain drawings to production teams and other trades in the project.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate M&E systems with builders works and other trades.
  • Perform documentation and administration tasks related to site installation and coordination.
