Senior BIM Architect

We are seeking a skilled BIM specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative building models.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement BIM strategies in collaboration with architects and other team members;
- To ensure all projects adhere to strict BIM guidelines and meet regulatory requirements;
- To oversee the management of BIM processes, best practices, and techniques;
- To create high-quality BIM design models and documentation;
- To coordinate closely with contractors and subcontractors;
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture with at least 3 years of industry experience;
- No less than 3 years of BIM project implementation experience related to Revit software;
- A minimum of 2-4 completed Revit projects;
- Outstanding knowledge and certification in Autodesk Building Design Suite, particularly Revit Architecture;
