Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, creating, and enhancing BIM models from all trades for ongoing and past model work. This includes reviewing and organizing models and data collected from 3rd party sources (CAD & Model), performing QA/QC, order processing via phone and email, ensuring multiple milestones are met through different phases of a project, developing and promoting new strategies for effective working of BIM models, liaising with architects, clients, and civil engineers as needed, training team members on developing BIM models and using BIM software, upgrading the organization's BIM model with advancements in BIM technologies, managing a technical team and coordinating with senior project architects, performing quality analysis tests to check consistency of the product with plans, assisting with Naviswork Manage – clash detection add-on to REVIT, assisting with Naviswork – construction programming/phasing add-on to REVIT, and assisting with Primavera & Microsoft Project for 4D simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Enhancing BIM Models
  • Reviewing and Organizing Models and Data
  • Performing QA/QC and Order Processing
  • Liaising with Architects, Clients, and Civil Engineers
  • Training Team Members

Requirements:

  • Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or Equivalent
  • Minimally 3 Years' Experience in Building Construction and Project Execution
  • Knowledge and Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
  • Good Technical Knowledge and Planning Skills in Managing Modelling and Drafting Works
