Job Opportunity

The Senior BIM Manager is responsible for leading BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

This role involves writing and upholding BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.

Key responsibilities include integrating BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

The Senior BIM Manager will generate clash reports, lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants, and oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).

This position requires strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effective team management.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills are also essential.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies, as well as the ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance
  • Guiding architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies
  • Planning and resource delivery aspects of projects
  • Conducting training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities

Required qualifications include a Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

At least 7 years of relevant experience in BIM management is required, along with proficiency in Singapore BIM Standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
