Project Coordinator: Architectural Excellence

We seek an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural project coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Collaborate with the planning manager to coordinate design detailing between clients and consultants;
    • Review, update, and coordinate all architectural work, including shop drawings for the project;
    • Resolve site architectural issues and implement methods to ensure quality and productivity using BIM software or equivalent;
    • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on projects and work;
    • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects of architectural works without deviation from authority requirements;
    • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation according to the master program;
    • Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for contract/procurement management.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in architectural project coordination;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with planning managers and consultants;
  • Proficiency in BIM software or equivalent;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to liaise with subcontractors and vendors.
