Job Role: Architectural Project Coordinator

The primary objective of this position is to provide coordination services in project planning, execution, and delivery. With a focus on architectural aspects, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to coordinate architectural works and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to resolve challenges and maintain quality of works and detailing.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms.
  • Assist in architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision, and documentation.
  • Lead architectural coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software is essential.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management practices is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is vital.
