">About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating architectural works and interior decorations to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate architectural works and interior decorations to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate design and detailing with consultants, develop shop drawings, review submissions from subcontractors, and liaise with other work disciplines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in building construction projects, with a strong background in architectural coordination.
  • Proficient in REVIT, AUTOCAD, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
