Senior Architectural Project Lead

**Job Description**
As a Senior Architectural Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of large-scale projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project team members to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
Your key responsibilities will include organizing trades schedules, coordinating architectural tasks, and ensuring that architectural drawings and material samples are submitted on time. You will also plan and oversee site activities, conduct regular inspections, and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
You will verify that all works meet specified requirements, including Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, quality standards, and government regulations. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma in Architecture, preferably a degree recognized by BOA. You must have at least 10 years' relevant experience as an Architectural Manager in large-scale projects. Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or projects of similar scale and complexity.
**Benefits**
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package and discretionary bonus. You will also receive telephone allowance. Working hours are 5 days (Central) / 5.5 days (North).
