Job Opportunity: Senior Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architect to fill a pivotal role in our organization. This position requires a seasoned professional who can oversee the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from conceptual design to project completion and statutory certification.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

  • Lead comprehensive design development, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Manage the tender process and contract administration.
  • Conduct on-site construction supervision to guarantee work quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Oversee the final stages of the project.
  • Certify the rectification of defects by contractors.
  • Assist in business development and prepare comprehensive functional and technical feasibility studies.
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a rigorous and professional approach to their work, including:

  • Registration as an Architect (Qualified Person) with the Singapore Board of Architects.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Green Mark Advanced Accredited Professional (GM AAP) is an asset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, engineering consultants, and contractors.
  • Willingness to travel for overseas projects.
