Senior Architectural Project Coordinator

The role of a Design Coordinator in the architecture and construction industry involves overseeing the coordination of design and construction works. This includes collaborating with BIM Modellers on projects, preparing accurate and detailed construction drawings, and supervising work progress on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with technical teams to develop project designs and construction plans.
- Prepare and submit shop drawing submissions and approvals to stakeholders.
- Oversee the completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of documents and liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, and operations team.
- Participate in tendering processes, managing the submission of relevant documents.
- Relevant degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience in a main construction firm, preferably in a senior role.
- Ability to read and understand complex construction drawings.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale building or mixed development projects.
