Senior Culinary Manager

As a seasoned culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chief chefs and kitchen staff in multiple outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in menu creation, kitchen operations, and staff management to drive business success.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as you will be working closely with outlet managers to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals.
You will be expected to maintain a high level of food quality and safety standards, adhering to HACCP and AVA guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring proper SOPs are carried out, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new dishes and menus, as well as contribute to the development of our culinary team.
