Job Title: Senior Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity. This includes conducting regular team meetings, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and identifying areas for improvement.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills are essential for this role, as you will need to negotiate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills are required to motivate and direct your team towards achieving their goals.
  • Service Management: Experience in managing and improving customer service is necessary to ensure high levels of satisfaction among our clients.
  • Inventory: Ability to manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Familiarity with equipment maintenance procedures and ability to perform routine checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
