Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager, Change Management (CIOO)

About the Role:

The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in driving organizational change and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and structures. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, leading stakeholder engagement, and facilitating communication to ensure a positive acceptance of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure awareness, commitment, and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Conduct Change Impact Analyses to identify potential risks and devise strategies to address resistance and facilitate a smoother transition.
  • Collaborate in the development, design, and delivery of training and enablement strategies to equip stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Assess stakeholder readiness for change and identify areas that require additional support or intervention to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a strong track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
  • Tertiary qualification preferably in change management-related, organization development-related, or communications-related fields.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, impactful messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses.
  • Experience in supporting the design and delivery of training programs related to change initiatives.
  • A deep commitment to public service and alignment with our organization's mission, vision, and values.
