Job Description">

The role entails driving business growth and expansion within the Spectrum Monitoring (SPM) and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Application Segment. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, product portfolios, and pricing models, as well as overseeing order intake, revenue, costs, and earnings for the SPM/C-UAS business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop business plans and a future-oriented market strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relevant business cases in close coordination with regional sales and product management.
  • Establish and maintain a regional customer network in close collaboration with sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we are seeking individuals with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in sales and business development within the defense or security sector.
