Full Spectrum HR Generalist

Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, work pass renewals, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Singapore labour laws and immigration policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employees to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Manage work passes, including application and renewal processes.
- Coordinate payroll processing, CPF submissions, and other statutory claims.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including travel bookings and corporate secretarial matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions.
- Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with ability to handle complex matters independently.
- Bilingual.
