Think you are qualified for this position Spectrum Dynamics Medical is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale, and service of state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems. We are spearheading the transformation of Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) imaging systems from analog to digital detection technology, enabling hospitals and clinicians to provide superior healthcare services at lower costs. Position Responsibilities The incumbent will: Drive customer on-site training for the assigned product base by executing university-style curriculums and assessment processes based on order configuration. Provide hands-on didactic training at customer sites to physicians and technologists. Enhance customer satisfaction via clinical support and education. Travel to customer sites to support installation of new Spectrum Dynamics products. Support these products via telephone, email, or on-site visits. Provide site-specific clinical workflow solutions and demonstrate conference products/software. Assist in creating/revising user-related documents to reflect current system operations and scan protocols. Support sales of Spectrum NM products across the APAC region. Achieve regional annual sales revenue goals. Manage regional opportunities and follow up on the sales pipeline. Position products for existing and new offerings. Collaborate with and provide ongoing input to R&D and marketing for product development. Support product sales for the APAC region, including multiple distributors. Organize educational symposiums. Develop strategies and support for tenders and competitive bids. Coordinate and support clinical studies with key opinion leaders. Conduct regional market analysis and develop new product introduction strategies. Work cross-functionally with marketing, service, and operations teams. Customer Clinical Applications Support Field support: Provide onsite and remote customer training and support. Demonstrate clinical products for sales teams at customer sites or trade shows. Define and optimize SPECT & SPECT-CT protocols. Work to optimize image quality and workflow as per customer requests. Offer suggestions to improve clinical protocols and image quality based on feedback. Revise user documents such as manuals and usability guides. Provide feedback to improve software workflow usability. Controlled documents for users: Update user manuals and usability documents as requested. Create applications and clinical use documents. Clinical Study Support: Assist with beta software evaluations. Support clinical study implementation. Experiences, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven success in managing sales for medical imaging capital equipment in APAC. Knowledge of medical imaging capital equipment, preferably molecular imaging. Experience with technical sales presentations and customer site visits. Understanding of government reimbursement strategies for procedures. Experience in preparing and presenting tenders. Ability to deliver engaging customer presentations. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Ability to develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders. Effective leadership and management skills for cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Knowledge of NM procedures and applications is a plus. Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Reputation for fairness, dependability, and high ethical standards.
