**JOB DESCRIPTION**

An MNC in precision engineering industry with global footprint in over 20 countries is currently looking for a Salesforce Specialist to join their team to drive CRM excellence and regional process harmonization

Reporting to the manager, the APAC Salesforce Specialist will be responsible to create and maintain critical Salesforce dashboards and reports, facilitate SOP and training materials development, support enhancement and change request process, managing Salesforce related queries and requests and troubleshooting, explore and propose technical solutions to improve sales team productivity, and stay updated on the industry best practices and technologies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CRM Management, sales management, or business processes improvement
- Regional experience is a must, preferably APAC region
- Previous experience with manufacturing, healthcare, precision engineering, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries are good to have
