Restaurant Team Leader

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising stock and equipment, ordering supplies and managing maintenance and repairs
  • Planning and implementing budgets to maximise profits and achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring takings and administering payroll
  • Recruiting, training and developing staff, and coordinating rotas and scheduling
  • Maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and queries
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Basic IT skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
  • A proven track record in team leadership and management
