Production Optimization Specialist

Job Title: Production Optimization Specialist
">The ideal candidate will oversee production scheduling, evaluate and establish process parameters, and identify and eliminate sources of failure to perfect functionality of products. They will define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle, and enhance cost improvement.
">- The successful candidate will investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems, develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material, etc., for products.
- They will execute productivity programmes such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement, conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance, and ensure manufacturing objectives are met.
- The position requires a strong technical background in electronics engineering or a related discipline, with minimum 2 years of related working experience.
- Prior electroplating experience is an added advantage, and excellent technical skills with AutoCAD are preferable.
