**Job Summary:**

As a Leasing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and preferences. You will also maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on the status of their lease applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
* Maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process
* Manage the entire sales process, coordinating with various internal departments and post-sales service
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adopt sales strategies accordingly
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
* Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
* Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients
* Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
* Conduct monthly market research

**Requirements:**

* Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
* Presentable and well-mannered with good punctuality
* Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
* Genuine passion for mobility
* Adaptable to changes
* Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
* Good written and spoken English and Chinese as to liaise with our China base counterpart
