Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying suitable potential tenants, engaging with them to understand their needs, and promoting suitable spaces to them.
  • Managing lease administration, including renewals and new leases.
  • Participating in trade-mix planning and conducting site visits for interested tenants.
  • Guiding tenants through renovation or alteration works and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
  • Handling payment matters between tenants and NTU.
  • Conducting market research as assigned.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms.

Requirements:

  • A degree in real estate, business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leasing retail and commercial properties.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and floor plans.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and engineering to manage properties effectively.
  • Good understanding of tenancy agreements and meticulousness in document preparation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Logical thinking to find suitable solutions or recommend courses of action.
  • Deep understanding of customers' needs and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
