Quantity Estimator

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced quantity estimator to join our team. As a quantity estimator, you will be responsible for tabulating quantities, estimating costs, and requesting quotations from suppliers. You will also be required to update contract documents, drawings, and correspondences. Additionally, you will need to submit progress claims and site valuations, prepare variation orders, and liaise with subcontractors and clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely completion of assigned tenders.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of one year's experience as a quantity surveyor is also required. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, AutoCAD), are essential. You should be independent, resourceful, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. As a team player, you will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
