Daily Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily logistics operations.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to outlets (local & overseas).
- Maintain stock inventory, including cycle counts and stock-taking, to prevent discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
- Liaise with Central Kitchen, outlets, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle packing, loading, and unloading of goods for dispatch, ensuring proper handling and care of products.
- Assist in preparing logistics reports and documentation to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 25kg when required.
