Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Support Specialist at R-TEC PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for performing general office administrative duties, including filing, purchasing, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. You will also be in charge of answering phone calls, making applications and renewals for foreign workers' work passes, and assisting with the computation of workers' monthly salaries.

In addition, you will liaison with work sites to obtain materials, manpower, and transportation requirements, and assist in the preparation of project tender documents, including requests for quotations from vendors.

As a team player, you will be able to manage tasks with minimal supervision and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:
