We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Manager to develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively convey corporate messages, financial performance, and industry leadership through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the business to create and execute appropriate communication strategies and plans that advance strategic objectives.
- Create content including communications materials such as speeches, news releases, FAQs, and social media posts.
- Identify media opportunities, pitch stories to media, drive positive media coverage across consumer, business, and trade publications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media.
- Organise media briefings, interviews, annual general meetings, and other events as required.
- Provide counsel to cross-functional partners on media engagement and crisis management.
- Degree from a recognised university, preferably specialising in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or Business.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications.
- Experience in financial communications, including financial results and annual reports.
- Ability to work with senior management to translate goals into actions.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders with different concerns, opinions, or information.
