Job Title: Strategic Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications organization, you will play a critical role in enabling our strategic communications outcomes and staying ahead of the information curve in the evolving information and media landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and operationalize structures, systems, and processes to enable our strategic communications outcomes
  • Manage force equipping and structuring for our communications organization
  • Plan and develop infrastructural capabilities to support our operations
  • Ensure business continuity through effective crisis management and planning
  • Coordinate with MINDEF/SAF and Whole-of-Government entities to achieve our strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Active interest in Singapore's political, defence, and security developments, as well as current affairs and industry technological developments
  • Good time management skills, independent, and resourceful with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at forming professional partnerships with a large network and working collaboratively with stakeholders
