Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results-driven communications solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive communications plans that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted communications campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. Your ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically will enable you to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house
  • Strong understanding of public relations and a demonstrated ability to achieve public relations objectives
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to articulate and apply agency vision, goals, practice areas, and capabilities
  • Fully familiar with the communications plans for accounts and understands and tracks clients' businesses
