Strategic Communications Manager Job Opportunity

This role involves working closely with senior management to drive strategic growth and ensure effective communication across the organisation.

About The Role:
  • Support the development of organisational and business strategies, including research, data tracking, and report writing.
  • Maintain internal strategy and business documents, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking of key data.
  • Contribute to funder engagement strategy, including prospecting, pitch deck development, and impact reporting.
  • Update and maintain key communications collaterals and platforms, such as corporate brochures, marketing materials, and social media channels.
  • Provide secretariat functions for Board and Advisory Council-related matters, including coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in government and public policy, preferably with exposure to strategy, planning, and/or communications functions.
  • Prior experience in branding and marketing would be an advantage.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
  • A commitment to excellence, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong intellectual and analytical capabilities, with native fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness, with a strong belief in the mission and goals of the Chandler Institute of Governance.
