The Onboarding Manager will oversee the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal efficiency.

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, including document review and verification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance client experience.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful Onboarding Manager should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in Know Your Customer/ Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
