Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization, providing support for both staff and business systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting)
  • Administering Active Directory Server (user accounts, password resets, access rights)
  • Managing LAN, WAN, and wireless network stability
  • Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) and Asana
  • Overseeing IT assets lifecycle (procurement, issuance, recovery)
  • Maintaining company telephone system (IP/PBX)
  • Ensuring IT security policies are followed, keeping systems healthy and updated
  • Maintaining IT documentation (asset registers, licenses, network diagrams)
  • Conducting IT training for staff when new systems or upgrades are introduced
  • Assisting in IT project planning and system upgrades
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferably in SME environment)
  • Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Windows Server, and networks
  • Experience with Microsoft BC and Asana is essential
  • Familiarity with telephone systems (IP/PBX) and wireless network admin
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support non-technical staff effectively
