Job Title:
Cloud and System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and System Administrator to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage servers and related technology tools.
- Set up accounts and servers.
- Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Work with users and vendors to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Perform monthly patching and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, including vulnerability assessments and hardening.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests.
- Generate and review accounts as required.
- Research and recommend improvements to computer systems.
- Provide technical support during and after office hours.
- Develop technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in on-premise and cloud server administration.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, including IAM, ECS, EKS, Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, NSG.
- DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient with Terraform, Ship/Hats, Linux, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, Nutanix, and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Clustering.
- Preferred experience with backup and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud automation tools like Terraform and Chef.
- Resourceful with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and change management skills.

Certifications:
- AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator, RHEL, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL or equivalent are preferred.
