Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market-specific strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • You will work closely with distributors to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop tailored plans to achieve them.
  • You will collaborate with distributors to appoint new partners in untapped territories and nurture existing relationships to drive sales.
  • You will provide strategic direction and support to distributors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • You will conduct regular performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing distributors, a degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Science, and technical knowledge of scientific or analytical instruments.
