Industrial Efficiency Optimization Specialist

As a high-impact performance optimization specialist, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Services Leader to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and executing services across multiple service lines, ensuring seamless delivery in line with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing plant and cell-level performance, working closely with designated teams and stakeholders.
- Manage external service provider partnerships, developing frameworks for contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives.
- Lead maintenance activities, coaching and guiding technicians to ensure highest levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure adherence to both internal benchmarks and external regulations or certifications.
- Direct Fixture Care and Material Revert Service Provider partnerships, measuring performance against SLAs.
- Develop Energy Management plans, overseeing their implementation and monitoring performance.
- Oversee Calibration requirements and administer business needs for Engineering Inspections.
- Interface with Fluid Management Service Providers to ensure required service levels are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proven track record in asset management and reliability maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing continuous improvement projects.
- Conversant with industry regulations, best practices, and maintenance management fundamentals like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Knowledge of Maximo system.
