Industrial Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract and play a key role in optimizing material flow processes across our manufacturing network.
This senior industrial engineer position offers the opportunity to apply advanced industrial engineering techniques, introduce new technologies, and support the implementation of our global manufacturing strategy.
- Material Flow Optimization – Design and implement efficient material flows from inbound to outbound across sites.
- Process Improvement – Conduct motion time studies, manpower optimization, and apply lean principles to eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Data & Analytics – Use statistical methods to determine staffing levels, production standards, and capacity models.
- Simulation & Modelling – Develop end-to-end material flow simulations across the supply chain to identify optimal flows and investment needs.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required. A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing optimization is necessary for this senior industrial engineer position.
A strong background in simulation/modelling tools, data analytics and statistical analysis skills, proven experience applying lean principles and improving process efficiency are also essential for success in this role.
