Operational Efficiency Specialist

Job Description:
As an Operational Efficiency Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining processes to boost productivity and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data, identifying root causes, and recommending actions to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and measure business performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Support critical site projects by providing operational expertise.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead OpEx projects to timely completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Engage stakeholders to align needs and expectations, fostering effective collaboration.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing/operations management, as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical/business discipline.
Skills and Qualifications:
