Job Title: Operational Efficiency Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our operational strategy and improve business processes.

The Operational Efficiency Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, leading a team of customer service, procurement, and logistics professionals, and improving our documentation processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations in the office, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and activities;
  • Lead and develop a team of talent in customer service, procurement, and logistics, providing guidance and support to ensure their success;
  • Improve documentation processes across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Revamp customer experience to better serve stakeholders, working closely with other departments to identify root causes and resolve inefficiencies;
  • Analyze and design organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and reporting dashboards to improve operational performance;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, customer service, procurement, or logistics;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions;
  • Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and human resources;
