As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in fostering a high-quality ecosystem by supporting various incentives programmes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving service delivery in funding administration.

The role involves:

  • Building strategic relationships with training providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth grant administration
  • Optimizing outsourced service partner operations for maximum results
  • Analyzing complex datasets to extract, collate, track, and report valuable insights
  • Compiling data and statistics for accurate reporting and decision-making
  • Executing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader to achieve business objectives

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong competencies to execute job duties effectively and efficiently
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in grants, operations, or project management
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and adaptability in a fast-paced business setting
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications to support business needs
