Therapy Services Director

The Allied Professional Hub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our therapy services team. As the Head of Therapy Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our therapy services.
Critical Work Functions:- Ensure Operational Efficiency and Service Quality
- Develop work plans for the departments, in alignment with organisational goals
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to service standards, performance indicators and operating guidelines of the department and/or programmes
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement
- Uplift Professional Practice in Therapy Services
- Lead the AP Team for a collaborative and person-centred / family centred approach to therapeutic planning, intervention and evaluation
- Manage the caseload of the therapists and psychologists as per guidelines and work plans
- Recognised degree/Master in relevant discipline
- Registered with AHPC or Singapore Psychological Society
- Minimum 12 years post qualification experience preferably working as a AP with persons with disabilities, with at least 5 years in a SPED setting
