Therapy Services Director

The Therapy Services Director plays a pivotal role in the Allied Professional Hub, overseeing operations and strategic direction of therapy services. This position leads a team of therapists and psychologists, working closely with senior management to review strategic initiatives and ensure quality delivery of services.
Operational Efficiency and Service Quality- Develop work plans aligned with organisational objectives
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to service standards and performance indicators
- Monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement
- Lead the AP Team for a collaborative approach to therapeutic planning and intervention
- Coordinate therapist work to monitor deployment of intervention and progress of clients
- Plan and coordinate case discussions and activities for timely assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of cases
- Caseload Management: Manage therapist caseloads according to guidelines and work plans
- Support senior management in conceptualising and driving strategic initiatives to advance group outcomes
- Regularly review and revise strategies in response to internal and external developments
- Support cultivation of agency values, vision, and mission within the team
- Work with Clinical Leads to develop structures and processes for professional and personal development
- Ensure quality monitoring and supervision of team members meet governing body and profession standards
- Recognised degree or Master's qualification in a relevant field
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. AHPC or Singapore Psychological Society)
- Minimum 12 years' experience post-qualification, preferably working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated ability in administering programs and managing teams
