We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as a Deputy Cluster Lead of the student hostel. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in customer relationship management, leadership, and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders. A degree with more than 5 years of managerial experience in residential management, customer service, or hospitality management is required. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and oversee hostel application processing and room assignments.
  • Ensure high-quality rooms for students through comprehensive inspections.
  • Manage accurate billing and collection of hall fees and other payable items.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to update maintenance and repair status.

As a key member of our team, you will proactively engage with student residents to understand their needs and concerns. You will also lead investigations, propose sanctions, and implement approved measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
