Job Title

  • Leading a team of educators, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations of the preschool.

A key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Principal and contribute to curriculum planning and staff development by mentoring educators on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of educational tools and resources. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a deep understanding of early childhood education and a passion for child development. You will oversee the efficient use of center resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and administrative operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing center-wide programs, events, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor educators on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of educational tools and resources

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or a Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL) is a plus, but not required
  • 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
