Customer Service and Administration Manager SEA

This role offers the opportunity to join a company that values solution-oriented employees who understand customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing for Southeast Asia. Additionally, they will place orders with headquarters in Germany, track shipments, and collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, pricing, and order statuses, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, updates, and after-sales support, and collaborating with sales to meet customer needs and support growth.

Qualifications required include at least 3 years in customer service, order management, or sales support, strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and workflows, understanding of international trade, import/export regulations, excellent English communication skills, problem-solving skills, professionalism in handling inquiries, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

Additionally, experience in electronics, manufacturing, or technical industries is advantageous, familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and customers, and ability to work independently within a regional and global team are desirable.
