Job Description

The Customer Support Engineer is the primary point of contact for our global customers, delivering comprehensive end-to-end support. This includes conducting live troubleshooting sessions via screen sharing to accurately diagnose issues and determine root causes.

The successful candidate will be able to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, and possess excellent verbal and written skills in English.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical support position
  • Proficiency in Python – Must
  • Knowledge of IT and specifically computer networks – Must
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce Service Console, JIRA, etc.) - Advantage
  • Passionate about technology and able to dive into new technologies quickly

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
