Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements. Your key responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable technology solutions, supporting the design and development of solutions, and contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.

Furthermore, you will participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. You will also assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts. Finally, you will participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must be an independent and detail-oriented individual who is able to comprehend technical requirements. You should have a basic understanding of Java, Javascript, SQL, and AWS Cloud. Effective and confident communication skills are essential, as you will need to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication. You should also be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify solutions to business problems and piecing together requirements to provide holistic solutions.
