Job Title:

Drive Sales Success as a Key Coordinator

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate sales activities with the sales team, such as following up on leads and open proposals, to ensure timely completion of the sales cycle.
  2. Efficiently manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including preparation of sales orders, delivery documents, and invoices.
  3. Manage and maintain accounts receivables, including generating monthly Statements of Accounts, and monitoring customer payment statuses.
  4. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate and organized sales documentation.
